Jalpa Kakkad says : Family court order not follwed by my husbanad
Last 21st march, 2013, family court give me orders, by mutual concern, now my husband not followed this compromise order, now what to do ? judges give me maintenance orders, case no : 671/2008 I.e.first 30 months,8000/-, next 30 months, 12000/- and from 1st march 2013, 18,500/-, regualary payto me by my husband, and i have to withdraw all cases, i.e 498, 406,420, domastic violance act, and we both now neverdoe any cases on each other,like, 494, 497,etc., and we have to take judicial saperatio order from court. My husband current salary package is 25 lac. than also i got this type of order. I accept this order and at that time my husband mutually agreed and done compromise deed in court now he told that he will not accept this order. now what i do. Plz. help me. Jalpa Rajendra Kakkad

I am working in one IT MNC and one year going to complete in this company. But i want to change the company due to unprofessional environment and not seeing growth of career.I have bond of 2 lacs for 2 years.i am totally unsatisfied with this company. at time of interview i was told to get work in my desired field. than I got offer latter after 4 month of interview and joining after 13 months of offer latter. than i got training in one domain it was too hectic and they expected too much from us. daily exam, weekly exam and final exam which we have to clear in one attempt else will loose job. after that they told they have currently no project suitable to us. so we are on bench for more than one month. loosing so much money because leaving in metropolitan city and to much worry about job also. again they shift us in different domain and transfer both. in new location again got training in one tool for more than 1.5 month and small assignment like homework. than they told they have no work related to this also so told to learn new tool within 2 days cause they have urgent requirement. again i did so but have some discussion with my PM/RO. his response was too bad. i did this task. but now they are forcing me to do manual testing which is not my domain . when i talked about this to my PM/RO he use very bad wording totally unprofessional .it make me too much disturb. he held my meeting with 4 different TL,PM etc and forced to do that task. when i said all this he is not ready to hear my words. Its about to complete one year but still i am in bench in company so not good future and i am not ready to task because of this all situation that i suffered. I am in stress now cause they behave very badly with me. i have no work even though asking every day status and asking so much question if i send status. full day in worry and tension. i wish to leave company but due to bond matter i am much worry. please help me in this. what should i do?

I am writing to seek your guidance and assistance in one of the cases that we are dealing with right now and finding it difficult to proceed further in absence of an appropriate case law on the subject matter. My client appeared in HAS examination and attained 599 marks whereas the top ranker attained 607 marks in total. She has scored above 70% marks in every subject except for hindi language paper in which she was able to score 39 marks only (the passing marks being 40). The answer sheet acquired through RTI reveals that my client was failed in the abovementioned paper deliberately owing to the fact that clear overwriting was done by examiner while checking the paper. We are in search of an authority which can convince the court that the answer sheet be produced in the court for examination. The tampering with the marks in the answer sheet has to be proved in the court so that my client is able to sit for the interview. I shall be highly grateful to you if you can help me out with this case.
