Respected sir, Im one of the resident of rajasthan,im living in village.My grand father(expired 30 years ago) has four sons and two daughters.while my grand father is alive he brought his sister to his place because her husband is mentally retarded.they sold all their properties and came to our grand fathers house.my grand father told to them grow the paddy in the fields and live here only.my grand father has alredy wrote some amount of property in their name may be nearly 2.5 acres.Separete vill was written for his four sons .Now after nearly 30 years (death of my grand father),My grand father dead,His sister also dead,his son also dead(sisters son also dead).Now My grand father’s sister’s son’s son now stood up in panchayat and he is asking a share in our property.we refused to give him.so our panchayat separated us from other people, I mean banned us frm samaj.Nobody is talking to us,if any body talk to us or we talk to them they will ban.It all was happened in june on the occasion of my uncles death(My fathers brother).death ceremony also not happen properly. Sir ,We want to file a case against them.what type of action can be taken against them(I mean against panchayat).can we get a justice .According to me in the 21st century banning people is acrime. Sir please provide the information which can be helpful for us.

Hi My Grand father has one brother both devided their property in 1956, Later my grand fathers brother got job and well settled. My Grand fathers brother made his property to his elder brother(My grand father) in 1978. My father was cultivating the land since 1978 now my father & Grand father snd My grand fathers brother also expired. Very recently My grand fathers brothers LR's claiming that we have gulped their property. and suit filed in the court. My Question is how they can claim their property where his father himself transfered the property to my grand father. the property transfered to my grand father in 1978 later that property came to my father now on my name. The case is filed in the court last month kindly help me

Please advise me what is the provision of interest calculation on penalty amount which was not deposited on the time of assessment. assessee suit appeal before appellant authority and the case was remanded on one point. and the two further point of appeal is dismissed. Assessee suit appeal before tax board against the two points which was rejected. Tax board dismissed the demand. Now assessee liable to pay demand [tax and penalty as per AO]. Please clear the law provision of interest payable on demand amount. Interest will be calculated on tax [vat] amount or total demand including penalty under section 75(8) of Rajasthan vat act 2003. 9828242065 9414742055

Jalpa Kakkad says : Family court order not follwed by my husbanad
Last 21st march, 2013, family court give me orders, by mutual concern, now my husband not followed this compromise order, now what to do ? judges give me maintenance orders, case no : 671/2008 I.e.first 30 months,8000/-, next 30 months, 12000/- and from 1st march 2013, 18,500/-, regualary payto me by my husband, and i have to withdraw all cases, i.e 498, 406,420, domastic violance act, and we both now neverdoe any cases on each other,like, 494, 497,etc., and we have to take judicial saperatio order from court. My husband current salary package is 25 lac. than also i got this type of order. I accept this order and at that time my husband mutually agreed and done compromise deed in court now he told that he will not accept this order. now what i do. Plz. help me. Jalpa Rajendra Kakkad
