    What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
    i can answer questions relating to civil laws,land laws in up,a few relating to criminal law,but would not be able to answer questions relating company law matters.

    We have purchased a flat and registration is already done. Mutation is yet to done but we still pay tax by the name of previous owner. so is any process is present to just transfer the mutation name because still mutation is present in the name of the previous owner. so, please guide me what to do?

    sir, im from tamilnadu,im living in rurl areas. 10 yrs before my grandpa gave his agricultural lands to tamilnadu government to build a house for poor ppls those who dont hav houses without getting any money from the government.he didnt consult with my father n his family. since we belongs to agricultural society tht land is the only source for us to cultivate the crops. is it possible to get tht land back from the government? can we give some other land instead of tht agricultural land?

    We have a rented shop at Parel under the pagdi system running a tailoring shop since 1960's. The rent receipt is in the name of my grand mother. My grand mother, along with my father is running the tailoring business since 1960's. In 1980-1981, my grand mother retired from the shop as she was very old (apprx 75 years of age at that time). The Gumastha was in the name of my grand mother which she transfered in my fathers name only in 2003. All electrit bill, telephone bills are in the name of our shop & not in any individual name. My grand mother died in 2006. Now, in 2013, our Pagdi building is going for re-development. my father has 4 sisters, all elder to him, & all married before 1985. All the sisters are living with their husbands & were never associated with the shop business ever. Will the Tenancy right be transfered in my fathers name or can the sisters claim a right in this property. It is very easy to prove occupancy in a residential tenanted primise by way of Ration card, voters card, electrict bill, telephone bills etc, but in a shop, all bills are in the name of the shop & is not in individual name. My father was always present in the shop since 1965 but how can he prove his occupancy? can fathers sisters have a share in the premise? please advise.

    Dear All Experts; Party "A" has land in non Urban Area. 12000 Sq.ft. Party "A" want to build house there for Bona Fied Residential Purpose. Land is agriculture land. Area of house is 650 sq.ft. Its not in perifery of 5 km from Municipal Corp. 1. Can Party "A" Build hose there? 2. Dose Party "A" need to take Non Agriculture Use of land permission from Collector. Please advice Ref: Sec 42 and 44 , Land Revenue Code 1966 Maharashtra ( Amendment- 2012) Need urgent reply
