Dear sir, my grand father have 2 sons and one daughter he made conditional settlement deed of his property to his two sons on 2010..in that one son is looking him good and other son not cared him much.. so he planned to cancel the one son's settlement deed he went to registrar office and prepared cancellation form and though the parent document is with their sons he cant able to cancel the settlement deed and last he made a will of cancelling the uncare sons settlement deed and decided to give the property to one of his daughter and will is made by notary public with two witness.. whether settlement deed revoked by will? now grand father is no more.. he made his will on aug 2012 and died during april 2013.

Good Afternoon Sir There was a Partnership Firm with 4 partners. A lady partner died. The firm was then blaclisted with dues amounting to 10 lacs. Now the son of the deceased partner starts up his own firm after 10 years of the black listing. The query here is that whether or not the the son of the deceased is liable to pay for the liabilities and whether the government can deduct the amount from the account of the new firm whose partner is the son of the deceased lady, or whether the partners of the old firm which was blacklisted are entitled to pay the liabilities?

sir i am chakravarthy (23) from A.P my father's business was lemon exporting my father gave 2 lakh to a farmer he signed on promissory note the farmer gave 70 thousand rupees in the form of lemon to our shop but from last 6 months he is not responding. My father died of heart stroke last month. how can i recover my balance money legally. 1.The promissory note has no date or rate of interest noted on it. 2.only the farmers sign on a stamp is on the promissory note. 3.I have 2 notes with the sign of the farmer. please help me email:chakravarthy.kotni@gmail.com

wife did not return back from her parents home since first dipawali after marriage(stayed for 3.5 months & took our ornaments along. Since then two years lapsed but no positive output. We tried talking to them also called couple of times to her uncle who was intermediate during marriage fixing, who is no more since 10 months. we visited her home/office to talk but they just dragged the case saying we speak. Now, 3 months before she called & shown interest for divorce with mutual consent. All was set with agreed terms in front her lawyer but reverted negatively after getting self docs like copy of identity, address proof & original marriage invitation card (handed over by self to her lawyer as agreed. But, we next her lawyer called & said she is not ready. Since then no calls no updates. pls suggest & guide in further process
