Good Afternoon Sir There was a Partnership Firm with 4 partners. A lady partner died. The firm was then blaclisted with dues amounting to 10 lacs. Now the son of the deceased partner starts up his own firm after 10 years of the black listing. The query here is that whether or not the the son of the deceased is liable to pay for the liabilities and whether the government can deduct the amount from the account of the new firm whose partner is the son of the deceased lady, or whether the partners of the old firm which was blacklisted are entitled to pay the liabilities?

sir i am chakravarthy (23) from A.P my father's business was lemon exporting my father gave 2 lakh to a farmer he signed on promissory note the farmer gave 70 thousand rupees in the form of lemon to our shop but from last 6 months he is not responding. My father died of heart stroke last month. how can i recover my balance money legally. 1.The promissory note has no date or rate of interest noted on it. 2.only the farmers sign on a stamp is on the promissory note. 3.I have 2 notes with the sign of the farmer. please help me email:chakravarthy.kotni@gmail.com

wife did not return back from her parents home since first dipawali after marriage(stayed for 3.5 months & took our ornaments along. Since then two years lapsed but no positive output. We tried talking to them also called couple of times to her uncle who was intermediate during marriage fixing, who is no more since 10 months. we visited her home/office to talk but they just dragged the case saying we speak. Now, 3 months before she called & shown interest for divorce with mutual consent. All was set with agreed terms in front her lawyer but reverted negatively after getting self docs like copy of identity, address proof & original marriage invitation card (handed over by self to her lawyer as agreed. But, we next her lawyer called & said she is not ready. Since then no calls no updates. pls suggest & guide in further process

sir under 498a/323/506/406/34 how the sister of A WILL BE GUILTY WHEN SHE IS NOT LIVED WITH HER BROTHER. A'S WIFE FILLED A FRAUD CASE AGAINST HIS SISTERS. NOW HOW THEY PROOF THAT . IF THEY WERE GUILTY THERE SHOULED BE SOME PROOF THAT THEY ARE ASK FOR DOWRY TO A's wife. I AM EXPLAIN AGAIN MY CASE TO YOU WITH DATES 1/2/2010 'A' MARRIED TO HIS WIFE 'B' BOTH SISTERS OF A ARE MARRIED AT THAT TIME A'S MOTHER LIVED WITH HIS YOUNGER SISTER. A LIVED ALONG IN HIS HOUSE. SHE CAME ONLY FOR HER DELIVERY TO HIS HUSBAND'S HOME. AND JOINED HER DUTY ON 20/12/2011 AFTER METARNITY LEAVE. DURING 8/2/2011 TO 20/9/2011 SHE WILL NVER VISIT HER BROTHER HOME NOW THE CASE IS BEGIN ON 14 /5 2011 B HAD ATTENDED HIS BROTHER MARRIAGE AND CARRIED HER FULL GOLD ORANMENT WITH HER AND COME BACK WITHOUT TAKING THEM BACK. ON 10/10/2011 SHE WAS ANROLLED FOR HIGHER STUDY IN UNVERSITY AT REGULAR BASIS. A PAID THE FEES FOR THAT. BUT ON 10/12/12 SHE HAS GO FOR STUDY TO HER PARENTS HOME. AFTER SIX MONTH SHE HAS FILLED 125 /25 AGAINST A. A FILLED 9(A) AGAINST 125. ON 2/2/2013 COURT WILL SAY FOR ANTRIM TO A 1500 TO GIVE B. A PAID ALL THE ANTRIM MONEY TO HIS WIFE DATE TO DATE. AND HE HAS ATTENDED ALL THE DATED OF COURT. ON 26/ 06/2013 B FILLED 498A/406/506/323/34 AGAINST A, HIS MOTHER, HIS SISTERS AND HIS BROTHER IN LAWS. SHE FILLED THAT CASE AGAINST THE DATE OF 23/12/12. AND SAID IN HER PETITION THAT ON 23/12/12 ATHE WHOLE FAMILY OF A GO TO HER PARENTS HOME AND DO THE DHYSICAL HARRASMENT WITH HER. SHE HAS 12 GAVAAH FOR THAT. SHE HAS NOT FILLED THE CASE AT THAT TIME BECAUSE SHE WAS UNDER PRESURE NOT AVAIL TO FILL THE CASE THAT TIME. MY QUESTION IS THAT WHEN THE 125 AND 9(A)BOTH CASES ARE RUNNING HOW CAN SHE FILLED THE DOWRY CASE AGAINST HER IN LAWS. SECOND AFTER 23/12/12 THERE ARE MORE THAN 4 DATES WERE IN COURT WHY SHE WAS NOT SAY THAT ALL IN FRONT OF COURT AT THAT TIME. IN ALL DATES A WAS PRESENT IN THE COURT.
