    What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
    i can answer questions relating to civil laws,land laws in up,a few relating to criminal law,but would not be able to answer questions relating company law matters.

    I made an agreement to sale my land in 2011 to M.L.A. & he took it on his friends name. When ever i ask him for registration i don't know why he is not doing registration, every time his manager will give some reasons & the M.L.A. will never talk to me. I would like to know what is validity period for an agreement, what can i do? I think M.L.A. is doing wanted bcoz to torture me & take my land for cheaper rate.

    sir i have a agricultural land in up bijnor district after my grand father death the is transfer to my uncle name,my name,my mother name,my brother name.sir i want to know that whether my uncle can sell any part of that land without our knowledge or not. and sir i also want to know that how i can separate my land from my uncle land.

    My friend was in abroad for last 6years,he got registred married under christian marriage act from court before he leaves for abroad, In between he came once and things were going on later he had some family issues with his father in law, they have hide the girls and and broken the connection with him,later he came to know that his father in law has filed false cases aganist him and she got married with another person in another name in far away location.He has the copy of marriage certificate,that is the only proof he has.His father in law is rich and threten him to harm life and put him in jail using his high influence. I would like to know now,what he has to do with the false case and marriage? waiting for you kind advice. Thanks.

    matter in court after mediation failed for domestic violence and maintainence. my husband put an application in court for access to the minor(daughter) and today was the court date for which i was unable to attend for some reasons. my lawyer has put an injuction order to submit my say for response to the application to access to the minor for the next court date and have requested court for next date. what is this injuncion order and will that affect me or the case in any way? what are the consequences of having missed the court date unintentionally without prior intimation and what would the court take action?

    Rajasthan State Industrial Development & Investment Corporation Ltd. (RIICO) has allotted an industrial land to ABC Ltd. in 1992 and a registered lease deed was executed. In 1994 ABC Ltd. transferred the land to his sister concern XYZ Ltd, but to avoid stamp duty & transfer charges no sale deed was executed. On application by ABC Ltd., in which some wrong declaration was made by ABC Ltd, RIICO transfer the land to XYZ Ltd. without demanding sale deed. A fresh lease deed was issued by RIICO in favor of XYZ Ltd. in 1994. Since 1994 XYZ Ltd. enjoying the property with possession. My question is - 1. Whether RIICO (Lessor)can cancel the allotment? In case RIICO cancel the allotment, whether we can claim adverse possession? 2. If another party purchase the property with consent of RIICO, whether new purchaser can claim the benefit of bonafide purchase?
