Power of Attorney

Can anybody tell me whether a PoA executed is valid if it is on a bond paper but without proper value and the exexutor was not present at the notary.

Is notary is enough to perform the delegation of  POA ?

Can we fight if it is not registered with Sub Registrar ?

Can we fight if we were cheated through POA agreement by fooling us?

What are the laws that protect people who got fooled and lost their property to cheaters through POA ?

A POA unduly stamped is valid. However, it may not be admitted in evidence in a court of law unless the penalty is paid. The POA is invalid if the executant was not present before the Notary. The execution has to be made only before the Notary if registration is not done. Moreover, the notary should also get the signature of the executant in the Register to be maintained by him.

Registration is not mandatory.

In case you are cheated, you can lodge a complaint before the crime branch police.

Civil remedy depends on each case.

We are 4 frends bought a site. Since we are different places, we registered it on one of us 'A's name. Now if rest of us take power of attorney from A, is it suffiecient or can it cause any legal problems in future till he is alive??? Can he cancel the power of attorney without notifying any of us??? Does our presence at regitrar office is must for power of attorney to get registered???
