Tarun Pilania _ Advocate (BA | LLB | MBA)     03 January 2024

Negotiable instruments act

Dear Court Officers,

Judgments required

1) When the cross-examination of the Complainant is closed after providing the opportunity to the Counsel of the accused by the trial court then the Complainant is not required to prove the complaint. (Undisputed statement/Complaint)

[Onus upon the accused to prove innocent not on the complainant to prove the complaint.]

2) When the Accused admitted the facts in the cross-examination then no need to prove by any witness or documents.

Thanks  &  Warm Regards!
