NEW UPDATE - My writ petition has been acccepted in the High Court and notice is to be issued. However, I had attached a supplementary plaint to grant me a stay of operation of the order. However, while the judge (during talking) granted the stay but has not written anything in the order copy (possibly an overlook).
What is the next step? Am I supposed to file a revision petition or some other step has to be taken? Kindly advice.
