Will admitted need not be proved?

If registered will is Admitted by the respondents,in probate of the said will,then will the court ask to proof the registered Will

Will or any matters as  in Civil or  Criminal case, once a fact is abmitted by either of the party there is no need for corroboration or prove, as facts once admitted need  not be proved.

Admission is the best evidence,you need not to prove the will when it is admitted by opposite party.

Will wheather it is registered or un-registered has the same legal enforce and when it is also admitted in the probate case by the opposite respondents in a Probate case need no further proof for its registration.
