Your heading says WILL. Is there no separate nomination made?

Whether society is compelled to admit person nominated by deceased member as member of the society inspite of objection taking by other heirs not to admit him member?

Andwered in another post by same author. Yes society has to. That is the meaning of nomination. Legal heirs can go to court if not agreed.
