Wife filed false 498a

My wife has filed false complaints under section 498a 420 120b 406 and 506. Stating that I am impotent and my family asked for dowry and did cruelty to her. She filed complained in her home district whereas the so called act of cruelty ( false allegations) happened in another state. Now my query is that do police of another state has jurisdiction of filing FIR for so called act of cruelty happened in other state. I am also living in another state. For understanding my wife lodged complaint in Ludhiana punjab. the so called act of cruelty happened in ambala haryana and I am staying in Hyderabad. Our marriage happened in Chandigarh
