Wife dosen't allow to meet daughter

Dear all,

My wife made a case of DV on me in court. I appear for hearing and ask her to allow me to meet my 2yrs old daughter then she and her lawyer denied it. even they don't accept any clothes, toys, food etc for my daughter. I have requested to the court but says that they can't force my wife.

how can I meet my daughter through legal procedure?

If lower court negate  your request go for an appeal.First you go to a good lawyer who is well versed in family law.Reasons do not stand in courts.

Which court is saying that they cann't do any thing for giving visitation rights to you when your wife and her counsel refuse?  There are two methods: 1.  You can file visitation application in the DV petition filed by the wife. But do not stop there. 2.  You file independent petition under GWAct for custody of the child and file application for interim visits.  You will definitely get visitation rights within 3 to 5 months.
