why the IBD not incude in other divorce laws??

Dear friends,

since the new amnedment of introducing IBD in the hindu marriage law is great news , as it will help the warring couples to come to an conclusion, why is the same amendment  not introduced in the other divorce acts? e.g the  Indian divorce act meant for the christians ? as this act have a very limited resons for obtainhg divorce,

should'nt the IBD be included in all the divorce laws ?

regards

Shiv

Good point, raise your concern directly with Mr Moily by writing same paragraph to him following up with RTI Application to know his answer it is a public matter and you as a general public just like me and so many others have a right to know Mr Moily's answer, no one is stopping you to send a post card to him so to speak Sir !

still now it is far from being an act.

if it becomes an act then other divorce act also be amendmended.

however you may also write it to law minister or may at parliament through any mp's.

THIS AMENDMENT IS BEING Brought only to help shindes daughter. govt can meddle with hindu affairs only. it has no courage to interfere in other personal laws and bring wrath of minorities.
