hi all
in 498a only blood relations should include?
because before maraige the mother in law said one person he is my brother so in 498a that person is included and now that person is saying he out of community and nowwhere related to blood relation is that person applicable in 498a

no, he is not ..... even blood relatives living in different accomodation/locality get quashed.
