Who will get the road facing side of a property between 4 brothers

Hi, We are 4 brothers and a plot of 50 x 40 sqft total 2000 sqft located corner site exposed to 2 sides of the road and has to be divided between 4 brothers. Who will get the road facing share. Although its a corner site and every  one will be able to get access to it but  Is it the youngest brother who will get the first share facing the road  or is there a law for this on division of land between brothers.

There is no law on this aspect.

At best, one can go for lottery.  The entire piece of land can be shown in a paper, and in each paper one portion (say portion I, portion II, portion III and IV) onlyt be marked.  Each one be allowed to pick up one piece of paper.  Whatever portion that comes can be earmarked for each of the brothers.

It is entirely between the legal heirs (4 brothers).

The size on both corner sides is small so at the most everyone can get say;50/4=12.5*40...

Beter to settle amicably.

If you are a Hindu, always go as per Vastu, as it is impartial, and in case of difference opinion Lottery.

Sorry, I am not aware of all this.  I am aware of fundamentals that from South to North or from West to South the children should go from Elder to Younger while partitioning.   That means elders age wise should commence from South towards partitioning to North.  Extreme South Eldest.  Extreme North Youngest.

It all depends on understanding and mediators.  As most of them are traditional a suggestion was made.

If the division can be  amicably nothing like it.

The issue of corner plot may also occur.

It can also be resolved amicably.

Another prespective;sell and devide the proceeds equally.
