A house maid a native of district B was working in district A with a married couple, and she committed sucide and the married couple brought her dead body home as found by the police. The couple informed her parents in District B and seek their permission for post mortem but the parents refused and intimated them to bring the dead body in district B and despite the CMO request to conduct autopsy the maid's parents refused and her dead body was hand over to the parents in District B. After a week a case of murder was loadged before the police in district B and police issued warrant of arrest against the couple. Question is which police station has jurisdiction to investigate the case and which court will have jurisdiction to grant AB or Bail?
