498a,maintainence..etc case has been filed against our entire family by sister in law due to my brother got married another girl(Before to that we have requested and sent a notice thru court to come , but they didnot responded) . case went on for trails and discussions and a settlement is done and got divorced through court. and in the judgement we have been identified as Normal (ie we did not harrased or did not asked dowry etc...) .and case is disposed.
Now my question is if apply for passport or private sector or govt sector , before joining or while applying we will come across a question like Have you been prosecuted ?
Is it good to say like, we have been prosecuted and we were given judgement as innocent and case is closed or disposed .
