Dear friends,
Please guide me about to whom and how to complaint about fraud insurance agents who are luring my mother of heafty bonus against insurance policy for the payment of amount of 1.70 lakh in order to remove agent code from the file of policy surrender and payment of around 50 lakhs for the policy. Please guide how to proceed as I have some evidence in form of their moblie numbers and some audio recordings of the conversations between my mother and the agent. Please help
