The document is registered at SRO by paying necessary stamp duty to government.

General POA give right to authority holder to act on behalf of the assignor.

If the powe of attorney is registerd from sub registerar office by paying reqisite stamp duty. It gives authoriy to the assignee to deal with the things as mentioned in POA Sonia s malhotra 9953611602
