What is KVK: Is it under University or State?

The Krishi Vigyan Kendras are covered under the definition of Industry under the Industrial Disputes Act. They run, controlled and managed by the State Government, though generally they are financed by the Central Government. Thus the appropriate Government for the purpose of applicability of Act is State Government under the law.
