Want to visit child

My wife and I had a quarell and she left to her home 3 months back. We do not have any contact now. We have a 4 year old girl child. We do not want divorce. Her number is changed. Her brothers do not respond. I am not comfortable going directly to their home. Is there anyway I can approach court to get permission to visit my child? Please reply with your suggestions. Thanks Rajesh

My sincere advise is to resolve this amicably using relatives, mutual friends etc. That is the best solution. Next try email and regular mail, requesting to meet once to resolve your differences. Better contact her parents than her. Don't show desperation for kids, otherwise she'll torment you if she realizes you want kid. You can file RCR or GWOP and ask interim relief of visitation rights, but if you start that legal route, it can snowball into a long complicated path for you. Your wife might get irritated and adopt legal strategy too, filing cases, ask maintenance etc.
