I have one 1/2 wingha (10000 squ. feet) agriculture land in my village in gujarat.
i want to sell or transfer the ownership to my friend, who is non farmer.
As per inquiry with some resources, to register under non agreeculture land (NA) is a very lenghy, time consuming and very costly procedure. i don't want to do that.
I also inquire that, sell deed agreement is only possible when minimum 01 acre land is available.
Is there any other way to transfer ownership of agree culture land to non farmer person ?
