want to know ...

I want to know that if a divorce case is filed by wife under pressure of her parents will court give divorce just by saying of wife or ask for reason or grounds.. will court allow divorce in the absence of any reason or grounds , if the husband is not ready for divorce. What's the procedure of divorce case,what court will try? To destroy the marriage or to save the marriage.?

if any party goes to family court for divorce then the said party needs to give sufficient and valid reasons for the same without which petition for divorce would be rejected.

if the other party denies for divorce then it would be difficult to seek divorce.

if the petition is admitted then it would take normally a year or two atleast to get the divorce. since the court process needs to be followed.
