Sir
My father (testate) bequeathed the house to my mother absolutely and stated in the will that my mother could sell the house with consent of one of the sons.
He added in the will that after the death of my mother me and my brother will be absolute owner
My father and my brother are dead. My mother and I am alive.
I have taken POA from my mother.
My question Can I buy the house with this POA given to me by my mother

do u want to buy or sell the house.if u want to buy the house ask your mother to gift it to u.i think this will work.if u want to sell then poa is the way

Sir,
my mother can only sell house according the will. I wanted complete my paperwork before my mother dies.
Therefore, I can not get gift from my mother as she can only sell. As she is living in USA I have taken POA from her. Can I buy house with this POA from her. On registry I have to sign as a buyer and seller both.
