I am working in a PSU, under the central goverment . The management paying Double over time to its unionised staff for working on holidays .ie Saturday ,sunday and Ristricted holidays but paying only Rs 400.00/ 500.00 to Assistant manager/ depty managers level staff as out of pocket expenses for tea, lunch and conveyance etc whereas I have to know from delhi establishment act that either double pay or compensatory off with out of pocket allowances are applicable for working on holidays. I want to know that , whether any organisation and its management can do practice and treat double standard of labour law rules and violate the CCS Rules and Factory act.
