Appointment of 'X' was made by appointing authority after his own service had been terminated . 'X' joined and withdrew salary for few months. There after appointment of 'X' has been cancled without giving notice to him and the aforesaid appointing authority. Whether 'X' has any rights and remedy to save his appointment ?
