vakalatnama

If i have signed a vakalatnama of an advocate for a case and later realised that he is not an advocate on record in supreme court, then can i appoint some other advocate?the former advocate has not filed the case yet.can he create any problem?

no chance ,as on the date of your search he has not filed in to court or not inform the same for futher time ,in supreme court matters time is  the precedent to file any litigation  for that reason and also other reason he is not on roll mantained by the supreme court your apponint ment of another advocate is correct previous advocate has no stand to raise any objection.

take signatures of previous advocate on the vakalatnama, that means his withdrawing himself from the concerned case

You can certainly appoint  another advocate who has the registration with the Supreme Court.

However, it is optional to take a no objection certificate from the advocate who signed the vakalatnama earlier.  It is for the community obligatory.
