Up govt mbbs bond vs stipend

Respected Sir, I completed course work and internship

Respected Sir, I completed MBBS course work for 4years and internship for 1 year. I have signed the bond for 2years service or 10 lakhs money if not opted for service. If I join the service I will get stipend of around 1Lakh/month for 2 years while doing the service. My doubt is whatif I qualify admission test for AIIMS PG after 1year of service, will I have to pay

A. 10Lakhs

B. 5Lakhs or

C. Stipend recieved till date plus 10Lakhs.

D. Stipend recieved till date plus 5 Lakhs.

If you are willing to serve Govt. for two years then you need not to pay anything,but if you are not willing to serve them then you are bound to pay 10 lk to and in case of delay in payment from the date of demand then you will pay interest too on the amount.

10 Lakh is to be paid in faliuer of serving them for two years, even if you quit the job serving for one years . You may submit application for relaxation upon getting addmission and they will decide whatever that time,
