While applying for building permission in hyderabad municipality, one of the private agent is saying that the one survey number (as listed in sale deed) of property is falling in wakf board. Hence the municipal ACP may not approve the building permission. He further advising try approaching the municipal officials & pay unofficial amount in order to get the buidling permission in build now application or he can try doing the same. Ironically two of the neighbours have obatianed the building permission from the same municipal communissioner ,one in 2024 and another in Feb 2025. Not sure if the neighbours have paid additional amount apart from the online challan amount.
How to overcome this challenge, or how and where to check if the particular survey no is not falling in wakf board ? kindly advise.
