Whther the said experience was essential forbeing eligible fo this post.
If yes then without sharing relevant expericne she would not have even been considered leavealone being selected.
In attestation form she has to give past employment history and also address of residence in last five yeas. She need not hide.

Sir experience was not required.
Our main concern is that not mentioning it during document verification and now disclosing it in the attestation form will make her liable to any action? Will she be stripped off her job because of this?
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate) 27 August 2025
To mention the experience or details of previous employment if any was not a criteria, hence there is no fault in not mentioning the same.
If there are any columns asking her to furnish the details, in the attestation form then she can very well disclose the fact of past employment, it will not cause her any harm.
She cannot be treated to have suppressed any material fact, because the previous experience was not an esential criteria.

Sir what would be the penalty, if any, in this case according to your experience?
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate) 27 August 2025
If at all the department is taking any action, it will be by due process of law, hence the penalty or any other punishment will be based on the application of particular provisions of law in this circumstances including the discretionary powers of the competent authority on this subject matter

P. Venu (Advocate) 01 September 2025
Yes, the information, as sought, is required to be furnished in the attestation form, even if not mentioned while applying.
Such additional information does not amount to suppression of material facts and, as such, there could be no case for initiation of departmental action or imposition of penalty.
