When ur friend have already got relief from high court then there is no need to go to lower court.

The high court status quo order itself will act as temporay injunction, hence there is no necessity for approaching the trial court with a separate application seeking temporary injunction on the same lines.

When the case is already pending before High Court another case cannot be filed in subordinate court simultanously on the same cause of action. Please clarify if it is so ?

Status quo granted by the High Court is stated to be in vogue, how can subordinate court interfer the suit / case ? Unbelievable statement.

Please check the facts with your friend or let him/her seek professional opinion and advise from a local prudent lawyer with relevant records.

There is no need for further action unless there is violation of status quo.
