Unregistered land validity for sale after 50 or more years

What is the law for selling land of unregistered land by land owner or kabjedar after 50 years ?Mutation is not done by owner of land & kabjedar hold the land on the basis of unregistered deed.Land owner failed in mutation due to absent of deed copy of land.Kabjedar pay the revenue of land and enjoy the farm.What is possibilities in high court to get the land back by owner against kabjedar.Land owner have 7/12 ,8A entries on name of late grand father.Mutation is pending by kabjedar also.

Orginal land owner get his property from kabjedar by High court.

first you have to collect each and every detail evidence after that you can proceed in High court.

some point of information is not noticed here....?
