Sir / Madam,
We had purchase a flat from our promoter in 2010. Due to financial problem at that time we fail to do the registration. We have all legal papers (sale agreement, possession letter, floor plan, tax clearance bill before our possession). Now due to an accident we need to sale this flat without registration. Please guide me the legal procedure to do this sale.

The registered sale will be done between the original seller and the new buyer only.
