Son's share of property in parents house

Respected Sir

I have a friend whose parents are trying to throw him out of his parents house  with the help of his sister and brother in law . They have  taken the help of goons and promoter for this. He is economically not stable and has two children. They have filed police case also against him .  All these in spite of him taking care of his parents. His sister and brother in law are not good. They want him to be thrown away. They have shifted his parents to his sister' in laws house for the time being. What protection / help can he take to safeguard his interest. Please guide.

Regards

If the house is a self acquired property of his father then he cannot claim any rights in the property at least not during the liefetime of his father.

In the family disputes, it is always possible for the other party to play against your friend's interests by misguiding his father to turn against him, now it is for our friend to take decision as per the prevailing circumstances, he cannot claim anything legally.

Though he is unstable, he and his family cannot depend on his parents. If the property is ancestral, he can legally claim his share.

Son can't claim any share inhis parents self acquired property during their lifetime.

What is the view / decision of parents of your friend qua grant of permission to stay in the house stated to have been acquired by them ?

Your friend has to seek protection from Court / police through a local lawyer, which s/he may take through District Legal Services Authority if s/he is unable to engage private lawyer.
