You have already transferred your immovable property in favor of your brother by a registered settlement deed, then he becomes the absolute owner of the property from the date of this transfer i.e., from the date of execution of the registered settlement deed in his favor and not after your lifetime.

Your first  legally wedded wife  and her son can challenge said settlement deed in civil court.

You were already settled the property in your bother favour and he is the absolute owner.  No one claim it.  However, your legally wedded wife and your two sons were born out of both wives may try their luck to get the property back by filing a suit in a court of law.
