Types of bail?

There are many types of bails or keeping away arrest.

1. Anticipatory Bail => Lukily not in UP.

2. Stay on arrest

3. Bail on Surety

4. Regular bail

We are 16 adults stay in a joint family. Hoping all we need bail. Out of 16, 3 are central Government job holders.

8 are doing business, 1 doing private job and 4 are house wives.

Want to know what is the average expensed on "Bail on Surety" for 3 central government employees?

What is the average bond on "Bail on Surety" and how to pay that?

Is there any other cheap way to get bail with less damage from wife side?

Surety in UP per person is approximately 30000 so for you it means 16*30000=480000 worth of FD's or 30k equivalent financial worthiness documents for each surety of like values for the surety

- other most important is 32 sureties as you require 2 sureties per accused for bail

Thus FDs ,2 wheller RC can do the work for surety.

Can we break those FDs during trials and after compormise for MCD?

The court stamps FD's so ideally these should not be broken -but banks have a auto renewal system these days so they issue new in lieu of expired.

You can break those when 498A is compromised and bail bonds are dissolved by court.

OK, We will opt for more than 5 years FD.  In hope that 498a will take around 5 years when we want to give zero amount.

Atlast, For regular bail what things are require. Hoping it is the cheapest.
