Trasnfer of property with an unregistered will

My aunt passed away in year 2006 with only an unregistered will in place(with witnesses). Since then we have been facing difficulty in getting the will executed so that the ownership of the house can be shifted to my other aunt. We stay in a joint family of 5 with me, my elder aunt, my father, my mother and my younger brother. Now with the will being unregistered we wanted to know whether we would have to get the signatures of all my cousins in the family before shifting the property. Nobody is opposed to it but getting the whole family to court to execute the will seemed like an uphill task. Please advise on how we can proceed on this.

You can do only the way of obtained succession certificate from Civil court. And your mother's will is unregistered, still that also required to take probate from competent authority.
