Transfer of share/equities

I want to transfer/gift listed equities/share  with Demat form  to my son ( adult ) who has already Demat account

I) Procedure to transfer/gift the share/equities  with dividend rights ( with all rights ) to my son .( So that my son can be received Tax free Dividend )
