Is it mentioned in th law that it can be transferrd after Lock in peirod by way of GIFT Deed to relative. (no such condition is mentioned in the agreement)
also is there any case law on the same.

As per the Law,
"Section 3E stipulates that tenements allotted to persons under the Slum Rehabilitation Scheme shall not be transferred by the allottee for a period of 10 years from the date of allotment. After 10 years, the allottee may, with the permission of SRA, transfer the tenement in accordance with the prescribed procedure"
What is the prescribed procedure?
