Time limit to file dv ?

Hi Experts / Lawyers,

What is the the time limit of filing D.V case agaist husband or Inlaws,

If wife left Matrimonial home and say After 1 year she files DV, will she able to get Relief?

If even somehow she manages to file, is there anyone way to challegnge the Validity of DV If I Talaq her Before She files DV?

No time limit for filing DV in US. Life time valid. Can file DV after divorce. Can file DV even if husband-wife neve lived together ever.

Indian DV laws should follow similar lines. Change the Indian DV laws
