Threat on phone

Dear Mr. Jon,

You can complain to nearest police station regarding threat calls after investigation, police can logdge a complain against them.

Advise to you, Please make a record regarding calling details of  phone calls (ex:- time , date, month, phone numbers)

file FIR in the jurisdictional police station apprehending an attack on you. it is acrimianal complaint. if police do not take cognizance, you can directlt go file a case apprehending grievous hurt on the nasis of threat before judicial magistrate of your jurisdiction area and  the magistrae will make police to investigate and file the investigation report and file before magistrate and he can  issue suitable order, provided your in law really meant to harm you else things will get more complicated. so think well before you do any act!..   adv dr g balakrishnan
