The case has been pending for 18 years. how can we speed up the process and get an early judgment?

Dear Sir/Madam

A partition suit has been pending for 18 years in the Bangalore lower court. Please let me know if there is any way to get a speedy disposal. How can we speed up the process and obtain an early judgment?

Thank you.

File a petition for early disposal of the suit in the High Court concerned.  What did your lawyer opine on this issue?

Without knowing the reason for delay or the actual status of the case no opinion can be rendered.

What are the facts, stage and reasons for delay in the suit ?

What is the opinion and advise of the lawyer engaged by you, who is well aware about facts and  circumstances of the case, an intelligent, able, competent and duty bound to satisfy your question(s) / queries.

However, you may consider  to file a writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India before Karnataka High court through your lawyer.
