Termination rights under contract

Dear experts, my query is on the point that is there any legal restrictions that a party cannot invoke it's right to forthwith terminate a contract (in case of breach by other party), after intially serving a notice of termination for convenience (requiring 60 days notice) in goodfaith.

The contract has both termination options. Please help with relevant judgments in this regard

You may have to look for judgments yourself, we don't supply judgments in this forum.

Relevant Case Law - *Air India Ltd. vs. GATI Ltd. (2015)*: This case suggests that in instances of repudiatory breach, termination might be justified even if the procedure isn't strictly followed. However, this depends on the breach's severity and the terminating party's good faith. Conside
