Termination

Hii

i have joined a company 1month before and the probation period is 3months..and now i came to know that i am going to get terminated..can a employer terminate without prior notice..??what does labour law says..??

During probation period employer tests the employee whether he/she is suitable for absorption in company as permanent employee.

 Usually it is stated; during probation employment can be terminated by employer/employee without any notice/notice pay.

Refer to your appointment letter, standing orders of the company.
