i'm studant as well as employee in telecome secter .
my problem is i'm working in a tele morketing service pvt copmany (in probation periad) and i took leave for 20 days coze of my exam without given any notice in writing but oraly by my team leader and informed befor 5 days . when i joined after 20 days they says that "you have termineted by the company" . but they did not gave any prier notice in writing or oraly to me. and now the say you will have to re-join and have to fallow their formelities like trannig of 1 week . they did not gave my salary of month of may .and i think the will not give in futur remain the same .
in the Appointment letter condition for leave mention as ----
3-: during your employment with the comapny after confermation, the company will be entitled terminate your service without assigning any reasen by giving you one month's notice in wring or by payment of one month's salary in liue of such notice.in the event of your desiring to leave the service of the company you will give to the company one month's notice in wring .
however, the company may at its sole discretion relieve you o your duties any time during the notice preiad and the event, you will be paid salary upto the last working days only.
4-: LEAVE
You will be entitled leave only after confirmation which is as fallows--
1: employee will be eligible of leaves as per the leaves policy of the company.

what will be my next step to get my salary
