Tenancy rights

There are three partners in a partnership firm. The partnership firm is a tenant premises paying minimal rent and is in being occupied from last 40 years. After the death of one the partners The clause in the partnership says " On the death of a partner, the partnership firm shall not be dissolved, it will be continued by the rest of the partners as they may introduce the legal heir of the deceased partner or introduce new partner as they mutually decide. In this case what are the rights of legal heirs of the deceased partner?? There is also tenancy rights valuation been done by Delhi High Court Judge appointee. Therefore request someone to help in this regard. Thank you
