Taking permission to attend the court without taking leave

Hi sir/ Medam I (rajashekar) from Hyderabad, I am government employee. Facing court trials like 498A, mentanance case, Divorce, DVC since 6 years. Is there any provision, by taking permission of authority to attend the court without taking leave. Is it necessary that i should take leave to attend the court?. if "NO" , kindly specify the rule. Thank you sir/ Medam Rajashekar

Leave is not required. But you have to attend in court timings in between 10-30 a.m. & 11.00 a.m. This is calling period. later you can take your office permission and attend the court. For courts cases, generally any officer will give permission.

Brother, where are you working?

The issue of with or without permission/leave is related to your organisation as it is not going to affect the adjudicating facts of the case, so court will not bother about it.

Dear, Central Government , more specifically Railways, there is no provision of taking permission for personal court appearance, If its given its purely on understanding between officer and the employee.  Rule says you will have to be available in the office during working hours.

"if "NO" , kindly specify the rule."

This commanding exdpression withholds me from expressing my views.

On the contrary your deptt will ask you to show the rule if "Yes" is the reply.

Leave has to be applied for being absent from duty.

Leave rules specify that for absence from work Leave has to be applied.

when one reaches court at 10.00 am he is not free to assume that he may be free before 5.00 pm .  For court cases generally officers shall not be permitting one to go without leave.  One cannot be present at two places.
