supply of Deposition copies: Dear all I am contacting you from Hyderabad. Here in Ranga Reddy District Courts all the courts are granting copies of Depostions as soon as the witness is examined on filing a memo with affixing of Rs.2 C.F. this is also practicing in all civil, criminal and family court of RR district. But when i asked the same in City Civil Courts Hyderabad the courts are rejecting. My query is do any body know the rule under which the copies are granting. Plz guide me.
