we have a land in our village having 50 acre, and it is well divided in eual distribution to my uncle and my father. now both uncle died, and in 7/12 my fathers name apperas as per rule, but all tha VARAS also mentioned in 7/12. My father wants to seperate this land to each VARAS. but the first VARAs from the two families not agreed for this, hence we cant sale the land which is actually ours. Pleas advice me in this regards when we can sale the land our HISSA only? Is any legal provision? for that
