me and my wife are seperated ,she want to send notice but I am not giving address so she is deadlocked
I want to file RCR for her as
1) She will stay at my mothers house with her at native place,my father is expired
2) I will visit her depend on my availability

If you put conditions in RCR, You will 100% loose it. So better forget about filing RCR.

It is simple. Pray in the court that you will fulfil all her requirement. You are ready to take her back without any condition.
Before thinking to file RCR. You should read experts thought on RCR.
